FriendsStyle 20/30 is the name of our high quality house shares which we presently operate in Lincoln. All FriendsStyle 20/30 houses are based in the popular uphill and west end parts of Lincoln allowing our clients the freedom to live in high quality surroundings and at the same time be able to walk into the city centre. FriendsStyle 20/30 is aimed at providing high quality house shares to single working professionals aged between 20 and 30. For the comfort of our clients all our houses are non smoking.

Our houses all have leather suites, quality kitchens and bathrooms and the rooms are furnished to a high standard with double beds, matching furniture and wireless internet.

Rates for FriendsStyle 20/30 rooms start at £70; this is an all inclusive rate which includes council tax, electricity, gas heating, water and TV Licence.
